Fast, accessible, search-ready sites for South Florida businesses. Built on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or custom code, whichever one you actually need.
The honest version: most small businesses do not need a custom build. Here is how we decide, and how long each one takes.

Hosted, PCI-compliant, and fast to launch. You trade some flexibility for not managing infrastructure.
Best for: product catalogs, subscriptions
5 to 7 weeks typical
A real answer when the budget is tight and the site is small. We will say so rather than upsell you.
Best for: 5-page brochure sites, tight timelines

Scoped per project
Not add-ons. Not an upsell after launch. This is the baseline for any site we ship.
We hold LCP under 2.5s and CLS near zero. Slow sites lose rankings and customers at the same time.
Clean heading structure, schema markup, XML sitemap, and canonical tags configured before launch.
Designed at 390px first, then scaled up. Most of your traffic is on a phone.
Contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader labels. Also reduces legal exposure.
GA4 and Search Console wired up, with form submissions tracked as real conversions.
Your domain, your hosting account, your code. No proprietary lock-in, no hostage situations.
The most common complaint about agencies is silence. This is the schedule we hold ourselves to.
45 minutes. What the business needs to happen, who the site is for, what is broken today. No deck, no pitch.
A written scope with a fixed price and a platform recommendation, including why we ruled the others out.
Figma mockups for desktop and mobile before a line of code. You approve them, then we build.
Staging site you can click through. Accessibility, performance, and cross-browser checks before launch.
Analytics verified, Search Console submitted, and a walkthrough so your team can run it.
Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and everywhere between. Local means we can sit down with you, and it means we understand the markets you are competing in.
Every project gets a fixed price in writing before any work starts. We scope it after the discovery call, once we know page count, integrations, and whether you need custom design. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders, and no number quoted before we understand what you actually need.
A straightforward marketing site is usually about four weeks from approved scope to launch: roughly two weeks designing every page for desktop and mobile, then two weeks building and testing it. Stores, integrations, and custom builds run longer. You get a dated timeline with the written scope before anything starts, and the biggest variable is how quickly content and approvals come back from your side.
Yes. The domain and the hosting are in your name and your accounts, the code and the content are yours on the terms set out in your agreement, and there is no licence to renew that would switch the site off. It is built in a standard structure another developer could pick up, so nothing about it is designed to make leaving difficult.
WordPress for most marketing sites: you get a huge pool of developers and hosts, and a content system your team can run without us. A custom build earns its cost when the site has to do work rather than present information, like logins, records that change, or steps that have to happen in order. We recommend one after the discovery call, from your catalogue and your team rather than from habit, and we will say when the cheaper option is the right one.
Yes. We are based in South Florida and meet clients in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach in person or by call. Everywhere else is handled remotely, which in practice changes very little: the discovery call, the design reviews, and the handover walkthrough all happen the same way.
Analytics is verified, the site is submitted to Search Console, and your team gets a walkthrough so they can run it without us. After that you can take it from there or keep us on a maintenance retainer for updates, security patching, and hosting. There is nothing in the build that requires either, which is the point: staying should be a choice rather than the only option.
Tell us what you are trying to fix. We will come back with a straight answer about whether we are the right team for it, and what it would cost.
