Our work
Fifteen projects, and a fairly clear line running through them. We started building websites for people who work on the water, and ended up building software. Here is how that happened.
It started with boats.
South Florida runs on the water, and the first people who needed us were the ones selling and servicing what floats on it. Seven marine brands in a row taught us the same lesson each time: a brochure site is worthless if the inventory is stale and the phone number is buried. So we got good at listings, at speed, and at sites the client could actually update. The local trades followed, and they wanted the same three things.
Building it was only half the job.
Clients kept asking the same follow-up question: the site looks great, so why is nobody finding it? That pushed us into search, and then into storefronts, because ranking a page that cannot take an order is a hollow win. SEO stopped being something we bolted on at the end and became its own service line.

When a website is not enough.
Some problems do not have a page you can build. A research team drowning in spreadsheets, a loan officer reading the same forty-page PDF for the fourth time. Those are software problems, and answering them is how we ended up writing custom AI rather than reselling somebody else's chatbot. This is the chapter we are still in.
